‘HORS SAC’ ROOM
This spacious and comfortable room with its welcoming decor is just 150m from the cable car. It has a solarium and there are always embers glowing in the hearth.
It was built in 1970 and is a unique and wonderful little bit of paradise. Whether you're sitting in the room or out on the terrace there are magical views out across the mountains.
The ‘Jospeh Garabet’ room – or ‘Hors Sac’ room as it is more commonly known – has recently been renovated and fitted with an environmentally-friendly heating system. The embers in the two fireplaces are used to heat water which is then pumped around the radiators in the room.
And the speciality here is that you can grill anything you want - sausages, a side of bacon, Catalan onions, or whatever you fancy.
