CHRISTMAS IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE RESORT
CHRISTMAS IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE RESORT - From Saturday 24 to 29 December and 30 December to 5 January 2018
Come and soak up the festive atmosphere and drink in the scent of candyfloss and popcorn wafting through Father Christmas’s village. Tasteful illuminations and singing will accompany Father Christmas’s parade on 24 December. The evening will be rounded off with a fireworks display and a torch-lit descent.
NEW YEAR'S EVE
NEW YEAR'S EVE - Tuesday 31 December 2018
To celebrate the last evening of the year the resort invites you to come and admire the torch-lit descent organised by the Ecole de Ski Français, followed by a fireworks display. To share this special moment, the resort will be offering visitors free wine and hot chocolate in the Lower Resort.

Come and party at the foot of the church tower to welcome in the New Year with our entertainment team. Come with your family and friends and let yourself get carried away by the festive music at the bell tower club. For a few hours the church tower will become a real nightclub!

This festival was set up 25 years ago by volunteers from the Club de l’Aventure, and has now become a key event for all those who are passionate about adventure.

An international gathering of mono-skiers. They are a fun, friendly, and slightly crazy bunch who leave a unique impression on the slopes!

FRANCE BLEU ROUSSILLON TOUR - Friday 02 February 2018
The radio station will be moving from one resort in the Neiges Catalanes network to the next every weekend in the month of January (with live broadcasts from the slopes).
To round off this Tour des Neiges the radio station will be setting up its studio in Les Angles for two days with a special evening at the Salle Bleu Neige.
After Les Chevaliers du Fiel, Serge Llado, and Gérald Dahan, the famous Quebecois comedian Anthony Kavanagh will be coming to present his new One Man Show.
FRENCH SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PERIOD
FRENCH SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PERIOD – From Saturday 10 February to Sunday 11 March 2018
Various themed weeks will be organised, with workshops and many fun activities for adults and children.
Circus arts, calligraphy, puppet workshops, and street performances will be given pride of place this year.
Each year the resort organises a Carnival with a great fancy dress parade. Mr. Carnival will be judged and set alight at the end of this wonderful spectacle.

The resort and ski school will be organising a magnificent torch-lit descent in which children can take part. This will be an enchanting spectacle leaving from the top of the Mermet red run right down to the heart of the village. The evenings will be rounded off with a great fireworks display.
Live performances will be organised each week during the school holiday period, with plays, juggling, storytelling, and other events for magical memories.

EASTER WEEK END
The village lays on a traditional Easter celebration and invites adults and children alike to come and hunt for Easter eggs in the village streets.
The programme includes an Easter egg hunt, fun activities, and religious celebrations.

If the weather conditions are poor, then fun activities are organised in the Salle du Capcir, in addition to those already planned. Further information is available at the Tourism Office.
