For long-distance trekking, the GR10 runs through the Haut Conflent from Hendaye (on the Atlantic side) to Banyuls (on the Mediterranean side), as does the Haute Randonée Pyrénéenne.
There are also the Grande Randonnée de Pays around the region to enable you to discover the locality over the course of 3 or 4 days, stopping off in mountain refuges along the way:
- The Capcir tour, by foot or by MTB.
- The Balcon de la Têt and the Balcon de Mont-Louis at Thuès-Carança.

AROUND LES ANGLES AND THE LES PÈLERINS CABLE CAR TC16
Footpaths around the village for short walks. Information available from the Tourism Office.
The "Les Pèlerins" cable car is the point of departure for numerous treks in the mountains. You arrive on the Plateau de Bigorre, the jewel of the Capcir at 2100 metres in altitude.

It is from here that you can set off walking to explore the high altitude lakes, as well as the peaks of Mont Llaret, the Roc d’Aude, and the Pérics.
